1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bellab365 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on bellab365, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

bellab365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms apply to all users of the bellab365 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bellab365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of bellab365, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with bellab365 or any other gaming operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bellab365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on bellab365. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your bellab365 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify bellab365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

bellab365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all transactions and activities that occur under your bellab365 account, whether or not authorized by you.

bellab365 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bellab365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bellab365 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the bellab365 payments page and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your bellab365 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• bellab365 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• bellab365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited into your bellab365 account may not be transferred to other players or third parties.

bellab365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bellab365 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bellab365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bellab365 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your bellab365 account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited.
• bellab365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified.
• bellab365 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bellab365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any bellab365 game or system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your bellab365 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bellab365 Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of bellab365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bellab365 Platform without the prior written consent of bellab365.

8. Privacy & Data

bellab365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bellab365 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bellab365 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bellab365 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bellab365 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bellab365's reasonable control.

bellab365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bellab365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bellab365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

bellab365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief.

bellab365 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bellab365 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bellab365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bellab365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Any conduct that bellab365 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or bellab365's reputation.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bellab365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Any remaining real-money balance may be returned to you at bellab365's discretion, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to bellab365.

You may close your bellab365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bellab365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bellab365 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the bellab365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bellab365 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bellab365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
